How it works

Air flows across the finned coil (ta1 → ta2). Water/glycol flows in counterflow (tw1 → tw2). The tw1−tw2 difference sets the medium flow; pressure drop and medium flow size the pump.


Number of units

Units = heat demand ÷ single-unit power, rounded up. The recommended model covers the demand with the fewest units, an acceptable pressure drop and no warnings.
